reusable ball trap.jpg

The Red Ball Party is an annual event at WEI which will occur this Sunday, May 17. At this gathering, we clean the insect traps used in the previous orchard season in preparation for hanging these reusable traps again this year.  Everyone who helps with the challenge of cleaning the traps deserves the best in gourmet cuisine as fair exchange.  We have invited chef Nick Schneider to prepare a tasteful lunch.  The work begins at 8:30 and continues until lunch is served around 12:30.
